Getting verified on ClinHire — a step-by-step guide
A verified badge increases your chances of being contacted by a hospital by 3x. Here's how to get yours.
Verified profiles on ClinHire get a gold badge that's visible to every hospital browsing the platform. Beyond the badge, verified professionals rank higher in search results and receive more — and better — messages from facilities.
The verification process is simple and takes less than 5 minutes. Here's exactly how it works.
Step 1 — Add your registration number
Go to your Dashboard → Edit Profile → Verification section. Enter your council registration number in the field provided.
Depending on your profession, this will be one of the following:
- Doctors: National Medical Commission (NMC) number, or your State Medical Council registration number
- Nurses: Indian Nursing Council (INC) number, or State Nursing Council registration
- Dentists: Dental Council of India (DCI) registration
- Allied health professionals: Relevant council or board registration number
If you're not sure where to find it, check your registration certificate or the council's online verification portal.
Step 2 — Upload a supporting document
Upload either your registration certificate or your primary degree certificate (MBBS, MD, BSc Nursing, etc.). We accept PDF, JPG, and PNG files up to 5 MB.
This document is kept strictly private. It is never shown to hospitals and is used only for the purpose of verifying your credentials. Once verification is complete, the document is stored securely and is not accessible to anyone outside the ClinHire team.
Step 3 — Wait for verification
Our team manually verifies every profile within 24–48 hours on working days. We cross-check your registration number against the relevant council's official database.
Once verified, you'll see a green "Verified" badge on your profile, and your profile completeness score will increase by 25%.
What if my council isn't listed?
If your profession is regulated by a council that we haven't specifically listed, upload your registration certificate anyway and add a note in your bio explaining which council you're registered with. Our team will verify it manually.
We're continuously expanding our verification coverage across allied health professions.
Why it matters
Hospitals on ClinHire can filter their search to show only verified professionals. If you're not verified, you won't appear in those filtered results — which are often the searches that matter most, because a hospital specifically looking for verified professionals is a hospital that's serious about hiring.
Get verified. It takes 5 minutes and makes a real difference.
