Why I built ClinHire

I'm a practising radiologist. Over the years, I've watched colleagues — brilliant doctors, nurses, technicians — struggle to find the right job because hiring in Indian healthcare runs through agencies that take a cut, slow things down, and rarely understand clinical work.

ClinHire exists to remove that middle layer. A hospital should be able to find a verified radiologist in Nagpur, an ICU nurse in Pune, or a lab technician in Bengaluru in minutes — directly. And a healthcare professional should be in control of who sees their profile, when, and how.

No agencies. No commissions. No spam. Just a clean, verified, direct connection between the people who hire and the people who heal.
